Terms Of Service
General Guidelines
I. I have the right to refuse commissions.II. I have the right to post commissioned art on my social medias. If this is a problem, please notify me!III. Please allow up to 48 hrs for me to respond to purchase inquiries.
IV. I have a full-time job irl and unfortunately only get to work on art sparingly during the week and more on weekends. Please allow up to a month for your piece to be updated/completed! I will stay in contact during the commission process.V. When reposting my art elsewhere, please credit me at any of my current social medias listed on my Carrd.VI. Do not remove my watermark from any artwork purchased.VII. My artwork does have a commercial option. If you would like commercial rights, there is a 25% additional fee for the artwork provided.VIII. My work is not to be used in AI, NFT, crypto or blockchains.
Payment
I. Payments are made via Paypal invoice, USD only.II. For adopts or premade art, funds must be sent within 48hrs of me accepting your offer (unless there is a plan!)III. For commissioned art, payment may be sent as soon as I accept your request OR after you approve the final sketch before I go into lineart.IV. Payment plans are for trusted clients who have purchased my art beforehand or friends (unless stated otherwise) and may be discussed.V. I will not give refunds once you send the payment and approved the sketch.VI. Cancelling is okay if I have not started yet! Please discuss with me if you need this option.
Reselling & Trading
I. Please do not claim my work as your own.II. You may resell your art for the original purchase price + any additional commissions you purchase for them. Please beware it is your responsibility to track the value accurately.III. Do not try to sell art that is not paid for yet.
